1. Eligibility

To participate in any promotion within this programme, a player must:

• Hold a verified, active Betmode account in good standing.
• Not be self-excluded or subject to any account restriction.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited under applicable law or Betmode’s licencing conditions.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or associate of Betmode or any of its affiliated entities.

Tier-based eligibility

Betmode operates a tiered loyalty programme. Reward entitlements scale by tier. The tiers are, in ascending order: Dust, Starter, Grinder, Degen, Apex, Whale, Kraken, Leviathan, God, Immortal, and Legend. Specific eligibility varies by promotion.

One account per player

Each player may hold only one Betmode account. Players sharing a household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as a single player for bonus entitlement purposes. Players found to operate multiple accounts will be disqualified from all promotions and may have winnings voided.

2. Eligible Games

All games available on the Betmode platform are eligible for participation in this rewards programme, subject to the following rule:

Important: Any game with a Return to Player (RTP) rate above 98% does not count towards meeting wagering requirements associated with any promotion in this programme.

This rule applies to all wagering requirements across the programme, including those attached to Weekly Loss-Based Free Spins and Daily Login Free Spins. The RTP of each game is displayed within the game’s information panel on the Betmode platform.

3. Wagering Requirements: General Rules

Where a wagering requirement applies to free spin winnings:

• The wagering requirement must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only wagers on games with an RTP of 98% or below count toward the requirement (see Section 2).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified per promotion. Any unconverted winnings at expiry are forfeited.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement for the relevant promotion.

4. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification, forfeiture of winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Artificially inflating wager counts or using low-risk strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Irregular or patterned betting behaviour that suggests exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors.

Betmode reserves the right to void any reward where fraud or abuse is suspected. All decisions made by Betmode in connection with suspected fraud are final.

5. General Terms

• All promotions are subject to Betmode’s General Terms & Conditions, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
• Betmode reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting any promotion, Betmode reserves the right to void affected awards and take corrective action. Betmode’s decision is final.
• All rewards are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless otherwise stated.
