Betmode Master Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form the contractual foundation and entire understanding between Betmode and every Player. They are intended to apply to all products, games and promotions unless expressly varied by a Promotion Schedule or Product-Specific Rules.

Part I: General Terms

1. Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, words importing any gender include every gender, and references to persons include natural persons, corporate entities, partnerships, trusts and other legal arrangements.

Headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

References to legislation include any amendment, replacement or re-enactment thereof.

1.2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Account means a Player Account registered on the Platform.

Applicable Law means all laws, regulations, licence conditions, directives and regulatory requirements applicable to Betmode and/or the Player.

Bonus means any promotional credit, reward, incentive, cashback, free bet, free spin, rebate, prize or other promotional benefit awarded by Betmode, at Betmode’s discretion.

Bonus Funds means funds credited to a Player as part of a Bonus which remain subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Business Day means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in the jurisdiction in which Betmode principally conducts its operations.

Cash Balance means withdrawable funds belonging to a Player that are not subject to wagering requirements.

Chargeback means any reversal, dispute, recall or cancellation of a payment or transfer initiated through a payment provider or blockchain infrastructure.

Clawback means Betmode’s contractual right to recover, reverse or offset funds, Bonuses or winnings awarded incorrectly or obtained in breach of these Terms.

Cumulative Qualifying Wagering Volume means the aggregate monetary value of all Qualifying Wagers placed and finally settled by all eligible Players during the applicable Promotion Period on games designated by Betmode as eligible for the relevant Promotion, after excluding any wagers that are cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, placed in breach of these Terms, determined by Betmode to constitute Promotion Abuse, or otherwise designated by Betmode as non-qualifying. For the avoidance of doubt, Cumulative Qualifying Wagering Volume is a promotional metric used solely to determine the progression of the particular Promotion through its various milestones and does not represent Gross Gaming Revenue, turnover, net revenue, profit or any accounting or financial measure of Betmode.

Excluded Game means any game designated by Betmode as not contributing towards wagering requirements or Promotions.

Force Majeure Event means any event beyond Betmode’s reasonable control including governmental action, cyberattack, distributed denial of service attack, blockchain failure, internet outage, software malfunction, war, terrorism, natural disaster, labour dispute or interruption of third-party services.

Free Spins means complimentary game rounds awarded by Betmode under a Promotion.

Game Rules means the individual rules governing a particular game supplied by Betmode or a third-party game provider.

Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) means the total amount wagered less winnings returned to Players.

Individual Qualifying Wagering Volume means, in relation to a particular Player, the aggregate monetary value of that Player’s Qualifying Wagers calculated in accordance with the definition of Cumulative Qualifying Wagering Volume during the Promotion Period.

KYC means Know Your Customer procedures undertaken by Betmode.

Platform means the Betmode website, mobile website, applications, APIs and all associated gaming services operated by Betmode.

Player means any registered customer holding an Account.

Points means promotional points awarded for qualifying activity in accordance with a Promotion Schedule.

Promotion means any competition, tournament, leaderboard, raffle, cashback campaign, Bonus, free spin campaign or other promotional initiative offered by Betmode.

Promotion Schedule means the specific terms governing an individual Promotion.

Promotion Period means, in relation to any Promotion, the period commencing on the date and time specified by Betmode for the commencement of that Promotion and ending on the date and time specified by Betmode for its conclusion, as may be extended, suspended, postponed, shortened or otherwise amended by Betmode in accordance with the General Terms, the General Promotion Framework or the applicable Promotion Schedule. Where no specific commencement or end time is stated, the Promotion Period shall commence at 00:00:00 UTC on the stated commencement date and conclude at 23:59:59 UTC on the stated closing date, unless otherwise determined by Betmode.

Qualifying Wager means a wager which satisfies the applicable Promotion requirements.

Real Funds means fiat money and/or cryptocurrency deposited by the Player or winnings that have become fully withdrawable.

Restricted Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction in which Betmode does not permit registration or gameplay.

Terms means these Master Terms & Conditions together with any applicable Promotion Schedule, Product Rules and policies expressly incorporated by reference.

Wallet means the cryptocurrency wallet associated with a Player’s Account.

Wagering Requirement means the amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in specific Promotion Terms, all bonuses carry a 35x wagering requirement to be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

2.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Betmode and the Player governing access to and use of the Platform.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform or participating in any game or Promotion, the Player confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If a Player does not agree to these Terms, they must not register an Account or use the Platform.

2.2 Amendments

Betmode reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with Applicable Law;
• comply with licence requirements;
• improve security;
• prevent fraud;
• introduce or discontinue products;
• reflect operational changes; or
• protect the integrity of the Platform.

Material amendments shall become effective upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

3.1 Eligibility

A Player may only register an Account if they:

• have attained the minimum legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction, and in any event are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• are not prohibited by Applicable Law from participating in online gambling;
• do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify this;
• provide accurate registration information;
• always comply with these Terms;
• are not a current Betmode employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any of the above;
• are not subject to self-exclusion with Betmode or any other operator.

3.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

Betmode reserves the right to refuse registration or access from any jurisdiction where the offering of the Platform would be unlawful, restricted or commercially undesirable.

The list of Restricted Jurisdictions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

It remains the Player’s sole responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their place of residence and physical location.

3.3 Circumvention

The use of VPNs, proxy servers, remote desktop software, location spoofing, identity masking or any other technology intended to circumvent geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Betmode may immediately suspend or terminate any Account where such activity is detected or reasonably suspected.

4. Player Accounts

4.1 Registration

Each Player may register one Account only.

During registration the Player warrants that all information supplied is complete, accurate and kept up to date.

Betmode reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

4.2 One Account Rule

A Player may not:

• create multiple Accounts;
• register on behalf of another person;
• permit another individual to use their Account;
• purchase, sell or transfer Accounts;
• share login credentials.

Where Betmode determines that multiple Accounts exist, it may consolidate, suspend or permanently close the relevant Accounts and apply any remedies available under these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

Players remain solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Wallet information.

Any activity occurring through an Account shall be deemed to have been authorised by the registered Player unless Betmode determines otherwise.

Players must notify Betmode immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of their Account.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Betmode currently only accepts deposits in the cryptocurrencies designated on the Platform from time to time.

Betmode reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, remove, suspend or modify any supported cryptocurrency, blockchain network or payment method without prior notice.

The availability of a particular cryptocurrency does not constitute a representation that such cryptocurrency will remain supported indefinitely.

5.2 Player Warranties

By making a deposit, the Player represents and warrants that:

1. the deposited funds belong beneficially to the Player;
2. the Player is legally entitled to use the relevant cryptocurrency wallet;
3. the funds originate from lawful sources;
4. the funds are not directly or indirectly connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other criminal activity;
5. the Player is not acting on behalf of any third party.

Betmode may require evidence supporting any of the above representations at any time. Betmode reserves the right to block accounts, terminate services, invalidate winnings and conduct any similar restrictive actions when it is unsatisfied with the evidence provided in terms hereof.

5.3 Blockchain Confirmations

Deposits shall only be credited after receiving the minimum number of blockchain confirmations determined by Betmode for the relevant cryptocurrency.

Betmode shall not be responsible for delays arising from:

• blockchain congestion;
• validator delays;
• network forks;
• smart contract failures;
• wallet provider issues;
• incorrect blockchain selection;
• third-party infrastructure failures.

5.4 Incorrect Transfers

Players remain solely responsible for ensuring that deposits are sent:

• using a supported cryptocurrency;
• via the correct blockchain network;
• to the correct deposit address;
• together with any required destination tag, memo or payment identifier.

Betmode shall not be liable for cryptocurrency sent incorrectly, to an incorrect address, via an unsupported blockchain or otherwise in breach of the Platform’s deposit instructions.

Where recovery is technically possible, Betmode may, but shall not be obliged to, assist with recovery. Betmode reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative or technical recovery fee.

5.5 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts shall be displayed on the Platform and may vary according to:

• cryptocurrency;
• blockchain network;
• market conditions;
• operational requirements.

Betmode reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.

5.6 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits originating from wallets, exchanges or payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited unless expressly approved by Betmode.

Betmode may reject, reverse, freeze or investigate any deposit where ownership cannot be satisfactorily established.

5.7 Source of Funds

Betmode reserves the right at any time to require documentation establishing:

• source of funds;
• source of wealth;
• ownership of cryptocurrency wallets;
• transaction history;
• blockchain provenance;
• any further query Betmode may have to enable it to comply with regulatory, legal and AML obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in suspension of the Account, refusal of deposits, delayed withdrawals or permanent closure.

5.8 Coin Mixing

The use of:

• coin mixers;
• tumblers;
• anonymisation protocols;
• obfuscation services;
• sanctioned wallets;
• high-risk blockchain services;

or any equivalent mechanism intended to conceal the provenance of cryptocurrency may result in immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation.

Betmode reserves the right to refuse deposits originating from addresses or counterparties identified as presenting an unacceptable compliance risk.

5.9 No Interest

No interest shall accrue on funds held within a Player Account.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 General Right to Withdraw

Subject to these Terms, Players may request withdrawal of cleared Real Funds at any time.

Bonus Funds and funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable.

6.2 Withdrawal Verification

Betmode may require completion of any verification process before processing a withdrawal, including:

• KYC;
• source of funds;
• wallet ownership verification;
• enhanced due diligence;
• sanctions screening;
• affordability checks where applicable;
• any other query that may be required, in order to enable Betmode to comply with its regulatory and/or legal obligations.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals shall normally be processed to the originating cryptocurrency wallet.

Where this is not technically possible or would create a compliance risk, Betmode may require an alternative wallet controlled by the Player.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Betmode may apply:

• minimum withdrawal limits;
• daily limits;
• weekly limits;
• monthly limits;
• transaction limits;
• enhanced verification thresholds.

The applicable limits published on the Platform shall apply unless otherwise stated in a Promotion Schedule. All such limits are at the absolute discretion of Betmode.

Current limits are as follows:

6.5 Processing Times

Although Betmode aims to process withdrawals promptly, processing times may be extended where necessary to:

• conduct investigations;
• complete KYC;
• comply with Applicable Law;
• mitigate fraud;
• resolve technical issues;
• protect Platform integrity.

Estimated processing times are indicative only and do not constitute contractual guarantees.

6.6 Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal fees, where applicable, shall be disclosed on the Platform before submission of the withdrawal request.

Betmode reserves the right to waive or amend such fees at its discretion.

There are no withdrawal fees where a Player has wagered their deposit at least one (1) time (1x rollover). If a withdrawal is requested without meeting the 1x deposit rollover, Betmode reserves the right to deduct an 8% processing fee (minimum $5.00 USD equivalent) to offset anti-money-laundering compliance costs.

6.7 Reversal of Withdrawal Requests

Betmode may permit Players to reverse pending withdrawal requests where technically possible.

Once blockchain transmission has commenced, a withdrawal cannot be cancelled.

6.8 Refusal of Withdrawal, Voiding of Winnings, Forfeit of Bonus

Betmode may refuse, delay or suspend any withdrawal where:

• KYC remains incomplete;
• fraud is suspected;
• money laundering concerns exist;
• multiple accounts are suspected;
• Bonus Abuse is under investigation;
• these Terms have been breached;
• Applicable Law requires refusal;
• a technical malfunction affects account balances.

Betmode also reserves the right to cancel any winnings, close and/or block any account, return deposits and cease all services.

Betmode defines bonus abuse as any deliberate strategy, behaviour, or pattern of play designed to exploit promotional offers for financial gain in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, or that unfairly extracts value from the Platform. Betmode monitors player activity continuously and will act where abuse is detected.

Examples of Bonus Abuse (Non-Exhaustive)

The following are examples of conduct that Betmode classifies as bonus abuse. This list is illustrative only. Other conduct may also constitute abuse at Betmode’s determination:

• Bonus Hunting / Cherry-Picking: Registering or playing solely to collect promotional offers without genuine recreational intent.
• Hedge Betting / Equal-Stake Opposing Bets: Placing bets on all outcomes of an event (or near-equal opposite bets) to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting price differences between markets or platforms to generate a guaranteed profit at Betmode’s expense.
• Low-Risk Wagering Strategies: Placing bets that are mathematically structured to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk (e.g., consistent low-odds accumulators, near-even-money bets with bonus funds).
• Delayed Bonus Round Exploitation: Triggering a bonus round or free spins feature using real funds, then switching to bonus funds to collect the feature wins.
• Accumulating Value Before Switching: Deliberately building in-game value (e.g., progressive jackpot progress, free-spin triggers) with real funds before activating a bonus.
• Stake Manipulation: Switching to minimum bets solely to exhaust a wagering requirement while minimising exposure, particularly after a significant win with bonus funds.
• Card Counting (where applicable): Using card-counting or equivalent strategies on live or RNG table games while bonus funds are active.
• Bot / Automated Play: Using any software, script, AI tool, or automated mechanism to play games on your behalf.
• Coordinated Group Play: Multiple users (across one or more accounts) coordinating bets or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Affiliate Self-Referral: Registering under your own affiliate link, or under the link of a connected party, to generate fraudulent affiliate commissions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback after wagering deposited funds.
• Exploiting Erroneous Odds or Bonus Amounts: Knowingly taking advantage of a pricing, odds or bonus-value error that is clearly outside normal parameters.

Betmode also recognises situations where game-specific abuse may occur and certain game mechanics can be specifically targeted for abuse. Betmode notes the following game-specific prohibited behaviours:

• Crash Games: Cashing out at systematically predictable multipliers using a mathematical strategy specifically to exhaust a bonus wagering requirement at zero risk.
• Blackjack / Card Games: Playing with a mathematically optimal strategy (perfect basic strategy or better) while bonus funds are active is permitted only where the game’s Promotion Terms explicitly allow table game contributions. Where table games are excluded or contribute at a reduced rate, attempting to clear a bonus via these games may be treated as abuse.
• Slots: Purchasing bonus features (“bonus buy” or “feature buy”) while bonus funds are active is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the Promotion Terms.
• Sports Betting: Placing bonus-funded bets on events with odds below 1.50, or on cash-out-only markets, does not count toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are excluded from bonus wagering. Wagering bonus funds on live casino games, where technically possible, will not count and may trigger an abuse review.

Where Betmode determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, Betmode reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:

• Forfeit and cancel all bonus funds and free spins from the Player’s account.
• Void and reclaim all winnings generated using bonus funds.
• Restrict the account from receiving future promotions.
• Immediately suspend or permanently close the account.
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• Recover amounts already withdrawn that are determined to have arisen from abuse (see Section 10, Clawback).
• Report activity to relevant authorities where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

6.9 Negative Balances

Should an Account display a negative balance due to error, reversal or Clawback, the Player shall immediately repay the outstanding amount upon demand.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Funds

7.1 General Principle

Bonuses are discretionary promotional incentives.

Players have no contractual or proprietary entitlement to receive, retain or continue receiving Bonuses.

Participation in any Promotion constitutes acceptance of both these Terms and the applicable Promotion Schedule.

While you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is the lower of: (a) 10% of the active bonus value; or (b) USD $20 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may, at Betmode’s discretion, result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.2 Promotion Hierarchy

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• the Promotion Schedule prevails;
• the General Promotion Framework applies;
• these General Terms apply to all remaining matters.

7.3 Eligibility

Eligibility for Promotions may depend upon factors including:

• jurisdiction;
• verification status;
• account history;
• wagering activity;
• previous participation;
• promotional segmentation;
• risk assessment.

Betmode may exclude any Player from any Promotion at its discretion.

7.4 Promotional Funds

Bonus Funds:

• have no cash value;
• are non-transferable;
• cannot be sold or exchanged;
• remain subject to Wagering Requirements;
• may expire.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Real Funds are used before Bonus Funds.

7.5 Promotional Abuse

Promotional benefits are provided solely for genuine recreational play.

Any conduct intended to manipulate, exploit or improperly obtain promotional value may result in immediate forfeiture.

Unless explicitly stated, bonuses may not be combined or stacked. Where a Player attempts to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously, Betmode reserves the right to apply only one offer and cancel the others without notice.

7.6 Expiry

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion Schedule, Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days after being awarded.

Expired Bonuses automatically lapse without compensation.

Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within the applicable wagering period will expire and be removed from your account balance. No compensation or extension will be provided for expired bonuses except at Betmode’s sole discretion.

7.7 Cancellation

Betmode reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, terminate, replace or postpone any Promotion prior to completion where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, regulatory or integrity reasons.

8. Wagering Requirements

8.1 General

Where a Bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement, neither the Bonus nor winnings derived from it become withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

8.2 Calculation

The applicable Promotion Schedule shall specify:

• wagering multiplier;
• qualifying games;
• contribution percentages;
• qualifying bets;
• completion period;
• maximum stake;
• maximum winnings.

8.3 Game Contributions

Different games may contribute at different percentages towards Wagering Requirements.

The current Game Contribution Table published by Betmode forms part of these Terms.

8.4 Maximum Stakes

During any active Bonus, Players must not exceed the maximum permitted stake specified in the relevant Promotion Schedule.

Betmode may disregard excess stakes when calculating wagering progress or treat such activity as Promotion Abuse.

8.5 Interrupted Wagering

Betmode reserves the right to suspend, pause or recalculate wagering progress where:

• technical errors occur;
• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• duplicate accounts are identified;
• game outcomes are subsequently voided.

8.6 Withdrawal During Active Wagering

Where a Player requests withdrawal before completing applicable Wagering Requirements:

• Bonus Funds may be forfeited at Betmode’s discretion;
• Bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited at Betmode’s discretion;
• only eligible Real Funds may remain available for withdrawal, subject to these Terms.

9. Promotion Abuse and Prohibited Conduct

9.1 General Principle

Promotions are offered exclusively to encourage genuine recreational play. Players must participate in Promotions honestly, fairly and in accordance with both the letter and spirit of these Terms.

Any conduct which, in Betmode’s reasonable opinion, is intended to obtain an unfair commercial advantage, manipulate a Promotion or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Platform shall constitute Promotion Abuse.

Betmode’s determination shall be based upon the Player’s activity, account history and transactional behaviour.

9.2 Promotion Abuse

Promotion Abuse includes, without limitation:

1. creating or operating multiple Accounts;
2. registering Accounts using false or misleading information;
3. participating on behalf of another person;
4. sharing Accounts;
5. exploiting software defects, pricing errors or technical malfunctions;
6. intentionally manipulating wagering requirements;
7. manipulating promotional mechanics;
8. using automated software, bots or scripts;
9. engaging in coordinated group play;
10. exploiting delayed game settlement;
11. engaging in arbitrage, matched betting or risk-free betting strategies designed primarily to satisfy wagering requirements;
12. intentionally avoiding genuine commercial risk while clearing Bonuses;
13. abusing any error relating to Bonus crediting, prize allocation or Points calculation;
14. any other conduct which Betmode reasonably considers contrary to the intended operation of the Promotion.

9.3 Prohibited Betting Strategies

Without limiting Section 9.2, the following conduct may constitute Promotion Abuse where undertaken using Bonus Funds or for the purpose of satisfying Wagering Requirements:

• hedge betting;
• opposite betting;
• arbitrage betting;
• low-risk wagering strategies;
• equal outcome betting;
• bonus feature accumulation using Real Funds followed by completion using Bonus Funds;
• progressive jackpot manipulation;
• switching between game categories solely to exploit differing contribution rates;
• intentionally reducing stake size immediately following significant Bonus winnings;
• exploiting incomplete game rounds;
• purchasing bonus features where prohibited;
• intentionally cancelling qualifying wagers.

Betmode shall consider the Player’s overall pattern of activity rather than any isolated transaction.

9.4 Automated Play

Players must not use:

• bots;
• scripts;
• macros;
• artificial intelligence;
• auto-clickers;
• robotic process automation;
• browser automation;
• external software designed to influence gameplay.

The use, attempted use or possession of such software while connected to the Platform may constitute a material breach of these Terms.

9.5 Collusion

Players must not:

• collude with other Players;
• share wagering strategies intended to manipulate Promotions;
• intentionally lose to another Player;
• coordinate wagering activity;
• share promotional rewards;
• use networks of Accounts.

Betmode may investigate linked Accounts regardless of whether they are registered under different identities.

9.6 Consequences

Where Betmode reasonably concludes that Promotion Abuse has occurred, Betmode may, without limitation:

1. cancel the Promotion;
2. remove Bonus Funds;
3. reverse promotional winnings;
4. recalculate wagering progress;
5. suspend the Account;
6. permanently close the Account;
7. refuse future Promotions;
8. withhold withdrawals;
9. offset outstanding liabilities;
10. commence recovery proceedings;
11. notify regulatory, law enforcement or other competent authorities where required.

The exercise of one remedy shall not prevent Betmode from exercising any other remedy available under these Terms or Applicable Law.

10. Fraud, Errors, Clawback and Voiding

10.1 General Principle

Betmode is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Platform.

11.3 Household Accounts

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Promotion Schedule, Product Rules and any policy expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between Betmode and the Player.

They supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter herein.

16.2 Assignment

Betmode may assign, transfer, novate or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms without the Player’s consent.

16.3 Waiver

16.4 Severability

16.6 Limitation of Liability

Betmode’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, be limited to the lower of:

The following contribution rates apply towards Wagering Requirements unless expressly varied within a Promotion Schedule.

Betmode reserves the right to amend contribution percentages prospectively by publishing an updated Game Contribution Table on the Platform.

Betmode may designate individual titles as Excluded Games irrespective of their category.

Where a game is removed from the Platform, wagers already settled shall continue to be treated in accordance with the contribution rate applicable when they were placed.

Betmode may refuse registration, void winnings, suspend gameplay or access from any jurisdiction where:

• online gambling is unlawful;
• local licensing is required but unavailable;
• sanctions apply;

Players remain solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they access the Platform.

Use of VPNs, proxy services or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Appendix E: Document Revision History

Betmode reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.

The latest version shall always be published on the Platform.

Where material amendments are made, the revision history shall be updated accordingly.

3. The General Terms & Conditions.

5. Platform guidance, FAQs and informational content.
