The BONK Store

This Schedule governs the Bonk Store (the "Store") and supplements the Betmode Master Terms & Conditions and the General Promotion Framework. Except as expressly varied herein, the General Terms, the General Promotion Framework and the Game Contribution Table (Appendix A) shall apply in full.

1. Qualification

Participation is open only to Players who:

• satisfy the General Terms;
• satisfy the General Promotion Framework;
• hold a valid, verified Player Account;
• are not located within a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• complete any applicable verification requirements; and
• comply with this Schedule at all times.

2. Earning Bonk Points

Bonk Points are Points awarded exclusively for:

• Qualifying Wagers, calculated in accordance with the Game Contribution Table at Appendix A of the Master Terms & Conditions;
• completion of eligible Missions; and
• participation in qualifying Promotions.

Wagers placed using Bonus Funds do not generate Bonk Points.

Betmode reserves the right to amend the Game Contribution Table, Mission structure or Promotion mechanics at its discretion by publishing an updated version on the Platform.

Bonk Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be inherited.

3. Redemption Mechanics

Bonk Points are redeemed exclusively through the purchase of Store items. Each Store item displays its Bonk Points cost, which is deducted from the Player’s balance immediately upon confirmed purchase.

Redemptions are final once confirmed. Where a purchase is rejected by Betmode’s platform or gaming software after Bonk Points have been deducted, the item shall move to a pending-fulfilment status pending resolution, and the Player may raise the matter with Support.

4. Reward Structure

Store items fall into the following categories, each of which remains subject to the applicable provisions of the General Promotion Framework:

• Free Spins, subject to the Free Spins provisions of the General Promotion Framework (§25); valid only on designated games; unused spins expire per the item’s stated validity period.
• Deposit Bonusesbecome Bonus Funds upon crediting and remain subject to the General Promotion Framework’s Bonus provisions (§24), including applicable wagering requirements.
• Tournament Entriesconfirm entry into the specified tournament and are non-refundable once the tournament has been entered; the tournament’s own published rules apply.
• Promotions: limited-time bundles or campaign-linked rewards; specific conditions are published with the relevant item.
• Physical Goods: prizes as described in the General Promotion Framework (§22); type, specification and delivery method remain at Betmode’s discretion; delivery requires a verified account and confirmed delivery address.

5. Verification

Redemption of any Store item remains conditional upon completion of identity verification, compliance review and eligibility confirmation. Betmode may withhold, delay or reverse any Store redemption pending satisfactory verification.

6. Store-Specific Conditions

Store items may be subject to:

• purchase limits (per day, week, month or lifetime);
• visibility or purchase restrictions applied to specific player segments (e.g. by tier or Bonk Points balance);
• limited-time availability windows; or
• stock limitations.

Any such limits shall be displayed on the individual Store item.

Betmode reserves the right to amend, restock, remove or discontinue any Store item, category, or the Store as a whole, at any time, where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

7. Disqualification

Without prejudice to any other rights available under the General Terms, Betmode reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any Store redemption, and to suspend a Player’s access to the Store, where it reasonably determines that the Player has engaged in Promotion Abuse, bonus abuse, collusion, or is otherwise in breach of the General Terms or this Schedule.

8. General

Except as expressly varied by this Schedule, the Betmode Master Terms & Conditions, the General Promotion Framework, and the Game Contribution Table (Appendix A) shall apply in full.

Participation in the Store constitutes acceptance of the General Terms, the General Promotion Framework and this Schedule.

This Schedule shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law provisions contained in the Betmode Master Terms & Conditions.
