Missions

This Schedule governs Missions, Badges and related rewards (together, the "Programme") and supplements the Betmode Master Terms & Conditions and the General Promotion Framework. Except as expressly varied herein, the General Terms, the General Promotion Framework and the Game Contribution Table (Appendix A) shall apply in full.

Ongoing. Individual Missions and Badges rotate, expire and are added without prior notice.

1. Qualification

Participation is open only to Players who:

• satisfy the General Terms;
• satisfy the General Promotion Framework;
• hold a valid, verified Player Account;
• are not located within a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• complete any applicable verification requirements; and
• comply with this Schedule at all times.

VIP-Exclusive Missions additionally require the Player to hold the stated VIP tier, or higher, at the time the qualifying action is performed.

2. Mission Mechanics

Each Mission specifies a qualifying action (e.g. a deposit, a wager, a login streak, or a specified in-game outcome) and the reward payable on completion. Only activity that meets the Mission’s stated conditions shall qualify.

Where a Mission is based on Qualifying Wagers, the Game Contribution Table at Appendix A of the Master Terms & Conditions applies. Void, cancelled or refunded wagers, and wagers placed on Excluded Games, do not count towards Mission completion unless expressly stated otherwise.

Not every Player shall qualify for every Mission. Betmode reserves the right to add, rotate, amend, suspend or remove any Mission at its discretion by publishing the current Mission list on the Platform.

3. VIP Points and Mission XP

Missions and Badges may reward VIP Points, Mission XP, or both, as specified per Mission:

• VIP Pointscontribute towards a Player’s VIP tier progress in accordance with the Loyalty Programme Terms.
• Mission XPcontributes towards a Player’s Badge progress only and has no effect on VIP tier status.

VIP Points and Mission XP have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be inherited.

Betmode reserves the right to correct VIP Points or Mission XP balances where technical errors, duplicate transactions, fraud or Promotion Abuse are identified.

4. Badges

A Badge recognises completion of a Mission, milestone or specified in-game achievement, and may consist of one or more stages. Badges are awarded automatically upon satisfying the applicable stage criteria.

Betmode reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether an unearned Badge (or its future stages) is displayed, hidden, or shown in an inactive state on the Platform.

Betmode may retroactively award a Badge to Players who satisfied its criteria before the Badge was introduced.

5. VIP-Exclusive Missions

Certain Missions are restricted to Players holding a specified VIP tier or higher. Reaching the required tier unlocks the associated Missions; where a Player’s tier subsequently changes, access to VIP-Exclusive Missions shall be re-evaluated in accordance with the Loyalty Programme Terms governing tier status.

6. Reward Structure

Mission and Badge rewards fall into the following categories, each of which remains subject to the applicable provisions of the General Promotion Framework:

• Free Spins, subject to the Free Spins provisions of the General Promotion Framework (§25); valid only on designated games; unused spins expire per the reward’s stated validity period.
• Deposit Bonusesbecome Bonus Funds upon crediting and remain subject to the General Promotion Framework’s Bonus provisions (§24), including applicable wagering requirements.
• VIP Points / Mission XP are awarded as described in Section 3 above.

7. Verification

Payment or crediting of any Mission or Badge reward remains conditional upon completion of identity verification, compliance review and eligibility confirmation. Betmode may withhold, delay or reverse any reward pending satisfactory verification.

8. Disqualification

Without prejudice to any other rights available under the General Terms, Betmode reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any Mission or Badge reward, and to suspend a Player’s participation in the Programme, where it reasonably determines that the Player has engaged in Promotion Abuse, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, or is otherwise in breach of the General Terms or this Schedule.

9. General

Except as expressly varied by this Schedule, the Betmode Master Terms & Conditions, the General Promotion Framework, and the Game Contribution Table (Appendix A) shall apply in full.

Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the General Terms, the General Promotion Framework and this Schedule.

This Schedule shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law provisions contained in the Betmode Master Terms & Conditions.
